Cancellation policy

When booking your reservation on our website you agree to the following cancelation policy:

No refund after booking.

50% refund of the TOTAL amount of the Reservation

The Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund, No refund after that period.

Refundable Security Deposit:

Your credit card will be authorized for the security damage deposit between $300-$500 depending on the size of the property.

The Security deposit will cover any damages to the property or any items provided during your stay.

The Security deposit will be released and refunded to the original payment method within 2 business days after guest checkout.

Rates and availability subject to change for uncomplicated reservations or payments.

Booking Policy:

Minimum age to Book and stay is 21 years old or older.

No smoking is allowed inside the unit.

No animals or pets of any kind including dogs and cats due to the owners life threatening allergy.

Respect and follow the house rules, respect the neighbors, follow check-in and checkout instructions.
