Cancellation Policy

By booking your reservation through our website, you agree to the following cancellation terms:

No refunds will be issued after booking.

A 50% refund of the total reservation amount is available only if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to check-in.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.

Refundable Security Deposit

A credit card authorization between $300–$500 (based on property size) will be placed as a refundable security deposit.

This deposit covers any damage to the property or provided items during your stay.

The hold will be released within 2 business days after checkout, provided no damage is reported.

Rates and Availability

Rates and availability are subject to change if the reservation is not completed or payment is not finalized.

Booking Policy

Minimum age to book and stay is 25 years old

we may consider under 25 with additional deposit.

No smoking is permitted inside the property.

No pets or animals of any kind are allowed due to the owner's life-threatening allergy.

Guests must follow all house rules, respect neighbors, and comply with check-in and checkout instructions.
