The guest is responsible for all HOA, City, County, or state fines if in violation of the parking, shared pool, and trash pickup instructions
The guest is responsible for parking tickets or towing expenses
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund in the event of parties, loud music, smoking, exceeding the number of guests or cars, or any other house violations.
We reserve the right to enter the property at any time during your stay for service, repairs, or in case emergency.
A monthly pest control service is scheduled and can not be refused by the guest.
