The booking person must be 21 years old or older and must be presented at check-in.
Family members and friends are welcome to stay with the booking person at no additional charge up the maximum number of guests allowed at this property.

Supplies:
We provide a one-time startup package of basic toiletries and kitchen supplies.
1 set of linens per bed (Except for pullout sofabed/futon bed)
1 set of bath towels and washcloths per guest
2 trash bags per trash can
1 Roll of toilet paper for each bathroom
1 Roll of paper towels
A few shampoo and soap bars for each bathroom

The guest should provide their own spices, cooking oil, coffee, salt ( to avoid food allergies and/or food poisoning) if the previous guests have left any of these items, please ensure they have not expired and are safe to use by all guests.
We advise our guests to bring additional toiletries and kitchen supplies, such as trash bags, laundry detergent, and dishwasher tabs.

Additional Services:
We do not offer additional services such as daily housekeeping, lundry services, extra linens, extra towels, additional toiletries or supplies
Beach towels, pool towels, and beach gear are not provided.

Pullout Sofabed/Futon bed
If the property is listed with a pullout sofabed/futon they are not recommended to be used by an adult and should only be used for small children
If you are planing to use the sofabed/futon please preper in advance
*Linens, blanket and pillows are not provided for pullout sofa bed or futon bed*

Carpet, floors, and walls condition:
You may notice some wear and tear on the carpet, floors, and walls, such as marks, scratches, and stains. The carpet is professionally cleaned once a month, and some of the stains cannot be completely removed.

Additional Parking Spaces:
You will have access to parking spaces up to the number of parking spaces as listed, based on a standard size vehicles,
Parking instructions will be provided before check-in, please follow the parking instructions and do not park or block other guest's parking spaces.
We do not have overflow parking.

Pest Control:

They will always find their way to get inside
They will follow you in if your door is open long enough. Especially the folks who like leaving the balcony door or windows open.
The pest control service is on a monthly basis however it's not 100% preventable. The service cannot be refused by the guest.

All claims or refund requests for marks on the walls, stains, wear and tear, missed spots during cleaning, mechanical breakdown, not enough parking, bugs and delay in repairs will be denied.

All guests must follow the house rules and respect the place and the neighbors.
Additional fees and charges may apply for damages, extra guests, smoking inside the unit, heavy stains, trash pickup, parking and any or house rule violations.

We rent to families and responsible adults only. No house parties. Please see our other Rental Rules and Regulations. This information, though deemed accurate, is not guaranteed; it is subject to errors, omissions, changes in price, or withdrawal without notice.
