The booking person must be present at check-in/stay, 3rd party booking isnt allowed.

We strive to ensure your satisfaction and comfort during your stay. However, as this property is not a primary residence, there are some key details to keep in mind:

Wear and Tear
While we prioritize guest satisfaction, please note that the property experiences high usage due to frequent back-to-back reservations. As a result, some wear and tear may be noticeable. We appreciate your understanding that this is not a brand-new home, and amenities may show signs of use.

Elevator
We will not open, service, or operate the elevator under any circumstances for bookings made after June 1st 2025 . Once all eligible guests have checked out for reservations made before June 1st 2025, the elevator will be permanently deactivated.

Cleaning
The property is professionally cleaned after each stay. If any aspect of the cleaning is not up to standard, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to have the cleaning team address it promptly.

We are committed to doing our best to address any concerns during your stay, but we kindly ask for your understanding of the limitations outlined above.

Pool cleaning & Pest control
Between April 1st-Oct 1st - twice per week not on a specific day.
Between Oct 1st - April 1st once per week not on a specific day.
Pest control is done once per month , the pest control service cannot be refused by the guest , pest control is not 100% presented, guests advised to keep doors and windows closed.

We do not provide refunds, discounts, or compensation for issues related to:
Cleaning
Wear and tear
Mechanical breakdowns
Noise disturbances

Ice maker:
these components are often the first to malfunction in refrigerators, especially with frequent use. Please note that we are not responsible if the ice maker is not working during your stay. In most cases, repairing the ice maker would require replacing the entire refrigerator, which isn’t practical.

The ice maker is not listed as part of the included amenities, so it is not guaranteed.

Property layout, appliances, décor, wall colors, flooring, improvements, and major changes are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Elevator Notice
The elevator is not part of the amenities and will remain locked, and all guests must have the ability to climb stairs.

Guests may add elevator access for a fee of $150 under the following conditions:
The elevator may only be used by adult guests.
Young children under 14 years old should not use the elevator alone and must be accompanied by an adult.
The elevator must not be used for luggage or heavy lifting.

We are not responsible for any issues, damages, or misuse resulting from improper operation of the elevator.

The elevator will only be available to guests who booked the property before June 1, 2025. For reservations made after June 1, 2025, the elevator will not be open or operational regardless of needs, unless the guest adds it for the additional $150 fee under the above conditions.
