Basic Rules!

3RD PARTY BOOKING IS NOT ALLOWED!

No smoking inside (the guests can smoke outside)

No animals of any kind, including dogs and cats due to the owners life threatening allergy.

The booking person must be part of the group/family
Families and groups with young children or anyone under the age of 25 years old are welcome to stay as long as there is a responsible adult 25 years or older

A parent or legal guardian who booked the place and is 25 years old or older must accompany all guests who are under the minimum Age for the entire duration of the rental.

Important Information Before Booking

We strive to ensure your satisfaction and comfort during your stay. However, as this property is not a primary residence, there are some key details to keep in mind:

Elevator Use:
We will not open, service, or operate the elevator under any circumstances for bookings made after June 1st 2025 . Once all eligible guests have checked out for reservations made before June 1st 2025, the elevator will be permanently deactivated.

Wear and Tear
While we prioritize guest satisfaction, please note that the property experiences high usage due to frequent back-to-back reservations. As a result, some wear and tear may be noticeable. We appreciate your understanding that this is not a brand-new home, and amenities may show signs of use.

Cleaning
The property is professionally cleaned after each stay. If any aspect of the cleaning is not up to standard, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to have the cleaning team address it promptly.

We are committed to doing our best to address any concerns during your stay, but we kindly ask for your understanding of the limitations outlined above.

Pool cleaning & Pest control
Between April 1st-Oct 1st - twice per week not on a specific day.
Between Oct 1st - April 1st once per week not on a specific day.
Pest control is done once per month , the pest control service cannot be refused by the guest , pest control is not 100% presented, guests advised to keep doors and windows closed.

We do not provide refunds, discounts, or compensation for issues related to:
Cleaning
Wear and tear
Mechanical breakdowns
Noise disturbances
