The pool is open between 9am-11pm 7 days a week (the pool is not heated)
The pool is shared with 3 other homes in the duplex.
The pool is cleaned on a daily basis in the summer time
The guest is required to follow the pool rules!

There is an elevator at this property.
The elevator is designed for residential use and has a weight limit of 500lb.
